Must see place! A lot of books, puzzles, school materials and kids games. There is also floor for some pictures and statues and nice coffee with 2-3 things to eat, coffee and tea.

Very nice and quite multi-level space with different areas from bookstore, souvenirs to cafe on the upper deck. Everything is delicate and nicely designed, food included. European prices though, really worth it. We definitely recommend this unique place.

Even though I come to Cărturești Carusel a lot, this was actually my first time going to the cafe! The place isn't super spacious, but it fits quite a lot of seating areas! We found a table really easily. The atmosphere was great, not too noisy and very cozy. The staff was a bit rushed and inattentive when I went to order (I had to call her to attention twice for my order, because she kept assuming I was done before I even finished talking and I also had to tell her I wanted to pay by cash twice when she kept putting the card reader in front of me). I'm going to assume the lady I talked to was just having a bad moment or something, because other than that the staff was great and really nice and helpful. But other than that, we had a great time there, and the tea we ordered was delicious!
